Advice for New Real Estate Agents?
The advice I would give new agents coming into the real estate business is to understand that everything that you are waiting to achieve is probably going to take 10 times more action than what you believe.
And I get that from Grant Cardone. He always says, 10x everything and that's just how it is.
When we first get into the business, we don't realize how much work and effort it's going to be to become successful.
When talking to clients on the phone, you're probably going to have to talk to 10 times more people than what you think you're going to just to get that one deal.
You're going to have to make 10 times more phone calls than what you would normally make to get a prospect.
That's my advice for new agents. Talk to people and talk to people 10x more than what you normally would.
