Here’s What Not to do When Getting Your House Ready to List
So I had this client who put her house on the market. The whole time I was expressing that we need to fix up the home to get it ready to list.
But she didn’t want to. She wanted to sell it in “as is” condition.
That’s until she actually saw the pictures of her home. She then realized, oh wow, my house DOES need work! She had an emotional attachment and didn’t realize the condition that her property was in until photos were taken.
What I always tell people is to take your phone, take some pictures of your house and then look at them.
This will give you exactly the view of what potential buyers will see and how your home will present to the public.
