Real Estate Investing, the Easy Way

Here is the easiest way to invest in real estate.

This is something I wish I would have known when I first started real estate. 

If you want to become an owner of a house and an investor at the same time, the best thing to do is to buy a duplex or a multifamily.

Not only do you receive the income from the lease or leases that are already in place to help you pay for your mortgage but you can also use that income if they been there for a year or more, you can use a portion of that income to help you qualify to get the mortgage to buy the multifamily. 

It's a win win all the way around.
