Should I Wait to Buy a House?

What are you waiting on? I always get answers like, waiting on the market to crash, or waiting on interest rates to go down.

If you are waiting on interest rates to go down, you may be waiting a long time.

Are we waiting on the huge market crash of 2008? We are not in those times.

In the meantime, while you wait the equity you could have been gaining is lost. Now is not the time to wait. We are currently in a normal market and investing in real estate is not a gamble.

It is a smart move.

And if you are renting...rent is more expensive than a mortgage and you are just throwing your money away.
