Top Tips for Touring Homes

In today's day and age everybody has cameras! Whether it's Ring doorbells, Alexa, or Google, now everybody has a camera. 

So my top tip for going to tour a home is going to be a little different than what you're used to and what you're thinking. 

I'm going to say don't make comments inside of the property, wait until you get outside with your agent before making any property comments because 9 times out of 10 people are watching you.
