Why is Prospecting So Important in Real Estate?
I’ve been in the real estate business for a long time and when I first started in real estate, we prospected.
I see a lot of agents right now that believe they don’t have to prospect. No one wants to talk on the phone and no one wants to cold call.
No one wants to do the things that generally builds your business.
I think technology has changed real estate because we have things like social media where we are advertising to the masses, so technology has changed real estate. But that does not replace the basics of prospecting.
We get paid based upon how many people we talk to.
